
Today’s workout was AWESOME.
I felt great, I paced well while also pushing as hard as I could, and I was so spent by the end that all I could do was lay on on my back until I regained enough strength to peel myself off of the floor…
And what was left in my place? The beautiful sweat angel pictured above! π
Definitely the sign of a good workout. π πͺ π
