Feeling frustrated from years of nutrition confusion and struggling to reach my goals, I finally decided to give health coaching a try.
To my delight, Anna (my coach) provided just what I needed: the accountability, encouragement, wisdom, and inspiration to set me on the path to finally finding and sustaining a life of health and fitness. She was an answer to prayer and my time working with her continues to impact my life day-in and day-out (thank you, Anna! 😃).
Now I find myself in Anna’s shoes, a certified health and nutrition coach excited to help others who are as stuck and frustrated as I once was.
