This verse reminds me of a few phrases/quotes:
- “The proof is in the pudding.”
- “Actions speak louder than words.”
- “Put your creed in your deed!”
- “Your behavior shows how much you love your Savior.”
And, to be perfectly honest, this verse is pretty convicting… 🙄 😬
Try as I might, I know I’m not always the best representative of Christianity.
In fact, I’m pretty sure most Christians fail at the “love one another” game every now and again! 😉
BUT, the example has been set, and we’re not defeated until the moment we quit, so it’s back to work – loving those around us as best we can. ❤️ 😇 ❤️
