Shoutout to my wife and @DavidGoggins (see previous post!) for inspiring me to get out of my comfort zone and try my first ever CrossFit swim workout today! 🥳

And an extra shoutout to my kiddos who cheered Kate and I on the whole time!! 😊❤️

I was definitely the slowest swimmer and came in dead last, but I managed to get through the whole workout and felt pretty awesome afterwards for doing so.

Heck, I may even be up for doing this again sometime! 🤠

The workout:

5 rounds of:

10 30# slam balls
10 25# dumbbell snatches
10 jumping jacks
10 25# single-arm dumbbell thrusters
150 meter swim
