Getting older… and getting fitter! 🤠

The other day I decided to throwback and re-do a workout I did in December 2022 – and managed to finish a full minute and 33 seconds faster!

It was another great reminder that age measures TIME, not POTENTIAL. ☺️👍

3 strict pull-ups
3 strict chin-ups
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
5 hang cleans @ 65 lbs.
5 front squats @ 65 lbs.
