I was SO good at going on regular walks during the spring, summer, and fall months…
But then it started getting colder – and I started getting wimpier (and as a result, grumpier! 😆).
So, it’s back to my habit of regular walks outside, no matter the weather!
Sure, I might look like a scary marshmallow ninja in the process, but I’m soaking up some vitamin D, getting exercise, and building resilience (let’s be real, when you choose to embrace winter instead of shrink from it, you start to feel like a total BOSS who can handle anything life throws at you! 😎).
There’s also the bonus of getting the chance to pet a few golden retrievers that are out on their walks (my favorite! 🥰).
All in all, I’m happier and healthier when I prioritize my walks. Time to get back to ‘em!! 💪☃️
