You always know it was a good workout when you’ve managed to leave a sweat angel on the floor afterwards! 😂

My coach (shoutout to Teresa at Tangletown CrossFit!) once again challenged us to a workout that was brutal and seemingly impossible to finish…

But through gutting it out and focusing on one movement at a time I re-learned an important lesson:
I can do hard things.
And so can YOU.
Whether it’s finishing a tough workout, dealing with a toddler, or making time for prayer even on the busiest of days, we can do hard things – most especially because of Christ!
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
– Philippians 4:13
So get after it today! Go chase your dreams, crush your goals, and push beyond your previously believed limits.
The hard things you do today will lead you to doing even more challenging things ahead.
I believe in you. You can do hard things.
