Something > Nothing

I got to the gym today and absolutely got my butt kicked. 🤪

In fact, I think that was the closest I’ve come to losing my lunch during a workout in quite some time! 🤢😆

I had every excuse not to show up: I got a rather poor night of sleep (up a few times due to a sick kiddo), I had extra work I wanted to get done, and since I saw the workout posted ahead of time (and it looked brutal 🙀), I was quite motivated to avoid it!

BUT, I got to the gym, I put in the work, and now I feel (mentally and physically) like a million bucks because of it.

There’s no doubt about it: Exercise is awesome. Movement makes me happy. And doing hard things is good for the soul!
